Vodeon.ai is an AI-enabled OTT technology platform and media application. It enables independent channel providers, content providers, broadcasters, distributors and other authorized businesses (collectively, "Service Providers") to connect and manage their services and make authorized content available to their customers.

Rhysley provides the technology platform only. Rhysley does not provide, own, upload, produce, sell, broadcast, license or control the television channels, movies, programmes, live streams, video on demand libraries or other media content made available by a Service Provider.

By accessing or using the Platform — you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we will request that consent separately.


1. Scope and Roles

This Privacy Policy applies to End Users, Service Providers, distributor administrators, website visitors and other persons who interact with the Platform.

Service Provider: an independent channel provider, content provider, OTT operator, broadcaster, distributor, reseller, or other authorized business that connects and manages its services through Vodeon.ai.

Device: a supported mobile phone Android TV, television device, streaming device, tablet, computer, or other compatible equipment used to access the Platform.

Where an End User accesses Vodeon.ai through a Service Provider, certain account, Device, activation, subscription, support, technical and usage information may be shared with or made available to that Service Provider for service delivery, account management, Device activation, customer support, troubleshooting, fraud prevention and compliance.

5.2 Technology and Operational Vendors

We may share information with trusted vendors that provide cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, security, customer support, communications, payment, infrastructure and other operational services. These vendors are authorized to processing information — only for agreed purposes and subject to appropriate obligations.

5.3 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, regulatory request or government authority or where reasonably necessary for protecting rights, safety, security and the integrity of the Platform.

All television channels, movies, programmes, live streams, video on-demand libraries, metadata and other media content accessible through the Platform are supplied and managed by independent Service Providers.

Rhysley does not determine the legal basis on which a Service Provider supplies content. Each Service Provider is solely responsible for obtaining all licences, permissions, broadcasting rights, distribution rights, consents and regulatory approvals required for the content and services it provides.

13.3

Rhysley may process complaint, account, technical and compliance information where necessary to investigate alleged misuse, copyright infringement, or other unlawful activity.


14. Third Party Services

14.1

The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services, SDKs, websites, APIs, hosting providers, analytics providers, crash-reporting services, payment providers and other technologies.
